Few more poems Feb 2000   &

Poem about why humans race

People never know their own lives have been stolen
Until they look in the mirror of an existence which is golden
People know their own names have been changed many times
Along the way they call out from the darkness of their crimes

Seldom have we ever really known
That we are so much more than blood and bone
The flowers are happy and so are the birds
Despite having no capacity for words

The colours of the world are mainly green and blue
This idea should not come as a huge shock to you
Add to this a golden spinning sun
Warming the planet just for fun

In the final analysis we are simply all one
To harm another you bring yourself undone

Career Path

I live in this world as a transcendental poet
It is a vital role so I had better not blow it
I describe places and events and strange dimensions
The fairies and the pixies also get a mention

My mind is a vast collective array of ideas and thoughts
Possibilities and speculations about some sublime cosmic force
The words I use are compiled from a magical gestalt source
If you can understand this then please reply in Morse

The butterfly's tale

I watched a cosmic butterfly
I watched it as it fluttered by
It spoke to me of wondrous things
The world was painted on its wings

I listened in wonder as the tale unfolded
The ground beneath my feet became moulded
I heard about the secret chiming of the bells
And those who live their lives among the angels

(needs a couple more verses)

So, next time you should see a butterfly
Stop and listen closely as it flutters by
It may have a quite different tale to tell
It may even show you a magic spell

Will add more if/when I get some time - I'm a bit too busy being crazy at the moment.
