Greetings Earth Creatures!
I find the human race to be totally mystifying.
Deep down everyone MUST feel that there is something FUNDAMENTALLY better than normality but 4 some perverse reason they never ALLOW themselves 2 acknowledge that feeling.
The result of such perversion is plain 4 all 2 see - a world full of war, crime, suicide, gossip, entertainment, boredom, depression & addictions.
But wait! There is good news. To read what I have learned through being honest, try the following link -

Best of luck - you will NEED it!

A couple of daze later ...
Yes, it MAY be true but what about the advice that your peace-of-mind depends on the kinds of
thoughts you entertain ... esp about other people ... and the thoughts which LEAD 2 peace of
mind are compassion, forgiveness & gratitude
Normality - is characterised by a few things - attachment, aversion & desire being 3 that
spring 2 mind. Also the BELIEF that others are RESPONSIBLE 4 your feelings both good & bad ...
So ... read lostart2.htm
One bit that never made it into that page -
If you are not sustained by a vision of people's sacred potential - their sometimes deeply
obscured genius - then seing their (or your own) pettiness, selfishness and even cruelty can be
discouraging. When you have a sense of everyone's sacred potential, then even the worst
negativities can just be seen as simply a challenge to be overcome. Tibetans sometimes liken
people's hidden, sacred potential to a flawless precious diamond hidden inside a pile of
smelly filth. You'd have to be crazy not to reach through some rotten filth if you saw the
Hope Diamond sticking out from it. Similarly, Tibetan practitioners who see others' hidden,
sacred potential view it as mad to reject anyone wholly, refusing to reach out with compassion
to find the precious diamond within.
Hope that helps!
From the book -
When your mind is entirely free from desire, frustration, anger and other afflictive emotions, that's nirvana.

Most people pursue physical pleasures or various forms of psychological gratification because they believe that those things will make them happy or free them from a feeling of fear or lack.
I want human beings to understand that they have the capacity to fall in their consciousness to the lowest level or they can rise to the highest pinnacle of consciousness

There is a little voice deep inside each of us that says there MUST be something FUNDAMENTALLY better than normality.
All of the problems in this world are the natural result of failing 2 listen 2 that voice.
